Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, NTP
I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist
PSYCH-K Facilitator

Born and raised on the island of Maui, Hawaii, I became passionate about health and wellness when I was able to heal myself from chronic health issues I began experiencing in my early 20's. I suffered from migraine headaches, bacterial infections, stomach ulcers and chronic digestive issues that no one in the medical community seemed able to cure. I was given medications to help with the symptoms but no one seemed able to pinpoint the root causes, and I grew tired of taking medication after medication, only to have the problems manifest again a few weeks later.
I embarked on a health journey, researching and learning all I could on my own, until I was able to not only diagnose the root cause of my health issues, but completely heal from them by making some simple but effective dietary and lifestyle choices.
In 2015, I decided to further my education by attending the Nutritional Therapy Association, and earned my certification as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). As an NTP I examine health and wellness with a humanistic and holistic perspective, looking at the whole individual within the context of their life and the environment in which they live.
Soon after becoming an NTP, I quickly learned first-hand how critical digestive health is to overall health and well-being. I decided to receive colon hydrotherapy training and certification as an I-ACT certified colon hydrotherapist at the California Coastal Cleansing Institute in 2021, an award winning I-ACT certified recognized school. It is my philosophy that the body’s ability to heal is greatly dependent upon the body’s ability to cleanse, and colon hydrotherapy is the most effective way to achieve this goal and can be an integral part of one’s health and wellness regimen.
Despite having many successes in my wellness practice, I found that some clients had persistent issues that didn't seem to be helped by any physical means. Having dealt with limiting belief systems in my own life and seeing how these can affect our health, I decided to pursue training as a PSYCH-K Facilitator. To say it was life-changing would be an understatement. I now enhance my practice with this amazing modality and seek to help others with not only their physical well-being, but mental, emotional and spiritual as well.
I feel having my certifications in Nutritional Therapy, colon hydrotherapy, and PSYCH-K helps me to be particularly adept at helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals by tailoring treatment plans that are customized to their bio-individual needs.

“My first visit with Kelly went very well. I'm experienced in having colonics, and I know a very good colon therapist once I've had one appointment with them. My experience could not have gone better, in that regard. Kelly was 100% attentive and gave all her attention to me during our session. She knew exactly what I needed, and I felt very comfortable in her experienced hands. I would recommend her all day long to anyone needing colonics. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her, which I booked on my way out of her office. Thank you, Kelly. ❤️"

"I highly recommend Kelly's service. She is kind, smart and knowledgeable about colon hydrotherapy. Also, she has always been flexible and responsive to my needs during treatments --which is very important to me, as sometimes I need slower, less intense treatments, sometimes the other way. I'm super happy with her and will continue to see her!"

"My dad was completely backed up and really needed to be cleaned out. (It took two sessions) Kelly took her time to explain the process and make him completely comfortable and at ease during the whole process. She also went beyond and gave some really good suggestions to help him with his digestion as well as some other issues he was worried about having to do with nutrition and digestion. She was completely accessible and flexible with her schedule. He will be defiantly going back and I will be scheduling an appointment as well."

"...I searched online and found Kelly at Thrive. I left her a message, and she called me back almost immediately, even though it was late on a Sunday. Kelly was incredibly concerned about my situation and offered to see me that evening, but I decided to wait until the next day.
When I arrived at her office, I was relieved to find a clean and calming environment. Kelly was kind and professional, taking the time to explain the procedure in detail. A small, sterile tube was gently inserted, and warm, filtered water was used to loosen and flush out the waste that had built up in my colon. Kelly monitored the process closely, and I experienced only minimal discomfort.
Because of the severity of my condition, Kelly estimated that it might take up to five visits to fully clear my colon. By the end of the fourth session, I felt the relief I had been desperately seeking--the bloating and pain were gone. I felt lighter, more energized, and unburdened. It's been a week since my last visit, and I've had regular bowel movements every day since.
I plan to have a monthly session to keep my colon clean and not revisit my prior condition.
If you're struggling with severe constipation, I can't recommend Thrive enough. Kelly's care and professionalism truly made a difference in my life, it may have even saved my life."
